I'm thrilled to announce that I've joined the TestBox team as the Head of Customer Success! Coming from Tropic, where I oversaw customer success, implementation, and managed services, I'm excited to bring my passion and experience to this dynamic team. 

At Tropic, I dove deep into the intricacies of software purchasing, understanding its challenges and potential. This journey has led me to TestBox, where I see a unique opportunity to redefine how companies buy and sell software.
